Adee Phelan

Former Men’s British Hairdresser of the Year, four times finalist Men’s Hairdresser of the Year, two times Celebrity Hairdresser of the Year, Adee Phelan has established a well-deserved reputation as a successful and talented hairdresser.

Creating David Beckham’s mohawk for the iconic GQ cover before the World Cup in 2002 shot the stylist to fame and he’s been paving the way for the hottest hair trends ever since.

This won Adee the image of the year award 2002 and his numerous TV show appearances include Channel 4’s The Salon, BBC’s Young Hairdresser of the Year (Seasons 1, 2), NBC’s Shear Genius, Channel 4’s The Secret Millionaire, ITV’s End it Like Beckham have cemented his position as one of the UK’s leading stylists.

After almost 20 years of working in the UK and America, Adee has worked with and educated some of the biggest brands in the world including: Babyliss, Remington, Wella, L’Oreal and Fudge. Adee has also been very successful with launching his own brands into the likes of Boots, Tesco, Superdrug, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Dunstores. Adee is currently the Creative Director for Bardou and L’Switch.

Paul Stafford

Paul is the main man; suited, booted and three times winner of the Northern Ireland Hairdresser of the year award, he’s famed for his amazing technical cutting skills and attention to detail. Paul lives, eats, sleeps and breathes hairdressing. He is in constant demand across the world for educational and artistic shows. With his love of sharp styling and a great sense of humour, he’s also a regular on TV and radio, invited to give his opinion on music, fashion and art, and sometimes even hairdressing.

Danny Robinson

A multi award winning barber and multiple barbershop owner based in Greater Manchester. He is currently the European Oster Pro Clipper Clippers Artistic Director. Over the last three years he has been a member of the prestigious Feds artistic team, traveling the UK featuring on every major hair stand including the Fellowship, HJMen and Denman. His work has featured in campaigns for HJmen, Stone Island and H&M. He currently works all the UK major music festivals as the Artist/DJs personal backstage barber. Including Creamfields, Download and V-Fest.

Tariq Howes

Tariq Howes is from Cardiff South Wales and has been cutting hair for over a decade. A member of the MHFED artistic team he won the very first great British Barber Bash. In 2015 he was crowned barber of the year by the MHFED Young Feds. Tariq was also awarded the HJ Afro barber of the year 2016 and 2017.  Having a strong passion for his work and industry, love all types of hair Tariq is recognised especially for his Afro work.

James Williams

James or Jim The Trim is an award-winning barber, winning British Barbers Association Barber of the Year in 2017 and The Welsh Hair & Beauty Awards Best Barber in 2015. James Williams, otherwise known as Jim the Trim, is well known for his work with autistic children and as founder of the Autism Barbers Assemble. Recently crowned British Barbers Association Barber of the Year, he’s just as comfortable standing on stage alongside some of the biggest names in barbering as he is lying on the floor cutting children’s hair.

Keris Weir

Keris Weir is a hugely successful and committed hairdresser. She has attained many awards in her career most notably winning the “Great British Hairdresser” on

the famous E4 reality TV series. She has worked on film, print and catwalk picking up an impressive celebrity clientele along the way. Keris truly is one of the leading lights in the industry.

Steve Turner

Steve Turner has been involved in the hairdressing world for over 30 years and spent over 20 of them sharing education with 1000’s of hairdressers all around the world. From workshops to collections, shoots to shows and videos to hundreds of classrooms. Steve facilitates any form of bespoke education that you will need to compete in this fast changing world. Elissa Healey

Elissa Healey trained at the multi-award winning Danny&Co Barbers in Greater Manchester. She opened her own barber shop. Meridian Barbershop, based in Greater Manchester just 18 months later.

Elissa’s forward thinking work has been seen on stands at Pro Hair Live Manchester and Salon International London along side the prestigious Men’s Hairdressing Federation.

Her work is also featured on the front cover of the City&Guilds Barbering logbook in Waterstones and colleges across the country.

Paul Mac

Paul is a Cork based, multi award-winning barber, specializing in high fashion looks & editorial work. Paul has always had a great interest in hair and fashion and started styling his friends as a teenager. He’s won multiple awards including British Master Barbers UK Freestyle Champion 2016, Winner Classic Barber Image – Best of Best Irish hair Photographic Awards 2016/17, British Master Barbers Barber of Year 2nd Place 2016, Irish Barber Alliance Image Winner 2016, Hairbond World Champion 2nd Place, IHF Icon Media Award 2016, Best of the Best – Irish Hair Photographic Awards – Barber of the Year 2017 and is a Member of The British Mens Hair Federation Artistic Team, Artistic Director- Hairbond Ireland. 

Martyn Holmes

Professionally in demand to teach for Wella Professionals, LSE, local hair academyes and a council member with the Fellowship For British Hairdressing, Martyn‘s awards include: BHA Finalist, BHA Business Winner, Independent Salon of the year winner, Alternative Hair Visionary Award Winner two years running and his is a Fellowship Honorary member.
His hairdressing has developed over the years; early on in his career, he was really into long hair; then in the late 80’s and 90s he concentrated on precision cuts, in the 2000’s he was up for avant-garde work and now thinks of himself as a good all-rounder, capable of mastering every challenge hairdressing offers.
Exposure to many media opportunities: from styling backstage at TV AM, celebrities of the Jonathan Ross Show, DJ Princess Julia, rock stars on the Jools Holland Show and pop stars’ promo materials has given him a very exciting career.
Martyn is currently the man looking after the hair needs of rock band Muse.
